The main advantage of cloud-based services is that everything is managed by a central server, which means that you don’t have to deal with any of the hassles that come with having to deal with network problems or maintaining your own server. However, the biggest drawback is that most VOIP service providers charge a monthly fee for the use of their services, and it may not always be worth the money.
